David has been practising as a personal injuries litigator in Hong Kong since 1988, for both plaintiffs and since 2005 for insured defendants, with a specialty also in medical negligence cases. He has dealt with a significant number of serious injury cases resulting in paraplegia and acted for several SARS victims following the 2003 outbreak. He also practises in the family law field.
