The Courts in Hong Kong encourage parties involved in disputes to attempt to resolve their differences by way of mediation.

This involves a mediator being appointed jointly by the parties to assist them in seeking a resolution of their dispute. Mediation can take place at any time either before civil proceedings are issued or during the course of the proceedings. It is a cost effective and speedy way of achieving a settlement.

We have facilities within our office to conduct mediations using our board room and separate rooms for each of the parties to adjourn to when they need to hold private discussions. Our fees for providing a mediation service are highly competitive.
