Yonnie has been practising since 1997 as an insurance litigator with a particular emphasis on personal injury claims principally upon the instructions of different insurers. Since 2011, Yonnie was accredited as a general mediator. Yonnie has since then extended her practice as a mediator apart from continuing her legal practice.

1997: Admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR Hong Kong; continued with Cheng, Yeung & Co and then with Deacons

2000: Joined DLA Piper as a Senior Associate
