1980: Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales

1983: Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong; joined Johnson Stokes & Master as a solicitor

1990: Became a partner in Alsop Wilkinson, Hong Kong

1993: Practised as a solicitor in the United Kingdom

1998: Returned to Hong Kong to join Munros as a partner

2019: Consultant with Munros
